Since Lorina LLC sells digital courses only, no physical shipping is required. Please review our policy below:

1. Digital Delivery

  • All courses are delivered electronically via our website.

  • Access details are sent to your registered email immediately after payment confirmation.

2. Refunds & Returns

  • As digital products cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed/downloaded.

  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    • You purchased the same course more than once by mistake.

    • You experience technical issues that prevent course access, and we are unable to resolve them.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription (if applicable) at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
