Since Lorina LLC sells digital courses only, no physical shipping is required. Please review our policy below:
1. Digital Delivery
All courses are delivered electronically via our website.
Access details are sent to your registered email immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Refunds & Returns
As digital products cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed/downloaded.
Refunds may be considered only if:
You purchased the same course more than once by mistake.
You experience technical issues that prevent course access, and we are unable to resolve them.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription (if applicable) at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
